Dr. Kiefer holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management from the Swiss School of Business Research, completed in 2024 with passing honors. His academic background combines engineering, artificial intelligence, robotics, entrepreneurship, compliance, innovation management, and advanced technology systems.
He also holds a Master of Laws in Compliance from Université de Fribourg, with specialist focus areas including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence compliance, blockchain regulation, anti money laundering compliance, corporate governance, data privacy, and global trade compliance.
In addition, he pursued advanced studies in Mechanical Engineering at Columbia University, with concentration areas including manufacturing systems, product development, DevOps, blockchain technologies, signal processing, energy systems, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Kiefer previously worked as a Robotics Software Engineer at UBS, where he led robotic process automation initiatives across multiple United States regions, developing intelligent automation systems for financial services operations.
